MOSAICO DE OLHARES E DE INTERESSES MÚLTIPLOS PARA ALÉM DO ENQUADRE DO SETTING TERAPÊUTICO

RESUMO

Este estudo foi desenvolvido no IPUB – Instituto de Psiquiatria da UFRJ. Sob a perspectiva da pluralidade de diferentes abordagens psicoterápicas, destacou-se a importância do diálogo interdisciplinar para o bem-estar de pacientes. Assinalou a nítida fragmentação e a patente falta de predisposição ao diálogo voltado para as reais necessidades dos pacientes psicóticos. O método de pesquisa-ação nos permitiu compreender motivos pelos quais os pacientes atrasam ou faltam a atividades terapêuticas. Verificou-se ao longo da pesquisa os pacientes entenderem a Oficina como uma atividade positiva para sua saúde mental.

ABSTRACT

This research has been developed at IPUB – Instituto de Psiquiatria da UFRJ. Under the perspective of multiple different psychotherapy approaches, it was highlighted the importance of the interdisciplinary dialogue for the well being of patients. It was pointed out the clear fragmentation and the actual lack of willingness for dialogue oriented to the actual needs of the psychotic patients. Research-action method contributed to our understanding of the motives based on which the patients are delayed or miss the therapeutic activities. It has been verified through out the research that the patients view the workshop as a positive activity for their mental health.
