OFICINA DO CORPO E DO SOM - DA IMAGEM CORPORAL À COMUNICAÇÃO PSICÓTICA: ASPECTOS VERBAIS E NÃO VERBAIS

RESUMO

Com vistas a uma melhor compreensão da comunicação psicótica, este trabalho tem por objetivo, apresentar os aspectos verbais e não verbais, analisados a partir de movimentos e sons corporais vivenciados na Oficina do Corpo e do Som, no processo de resgate ou de aquisição da imagem corporal. Foi empregada a metodologia da pesquisa participante, pela ênfase dada à ação coletiva envolvendo pesquisadora e pacientes e, possibilidade durante todo o processo, de construir hipóteses e testá-las com os pacientes. Os dados coletados têm sua origem, em trechos de diálogos havidos na interação entre pacientes e terapeuta, durante o desenvolvimento das propostas, e discurso dos pacientes no momento dos comentários finais. Os depoimentos selecionados, são aqueles que me possibilitaram uma reflexão acerca da temática da pesquisa. Procurei manter uma articulação entre o aporte teórico da pesquisa e o material analisado. Este estudo confirma a importância da aplicabilidade das técnicas musicoterápicas, que há alguns anos vêm sendo desenvolvidas no Serviço de Musicoterapia do IPUB/UFRJ, no trato com o paciente psicótico. Corpo, som e palavra encontram-se imbricados no mesmo processo terapêutico, contribuindo para que o paciente transponha para o seu cotidiano com familiares e comunidade, o vivenciado no setting terapêutico, de forma equilibrada e harmoniosa.

ABSTRACT

In order to achieve a better understanding of the psychotic communication, the target of this work is to introduce verbal and no-verbal aspects, from the sounds and movements of the body experienced in the Workshop of the Body and the Sound in the process of rescue of the body image acquisition. The participant research methodology was used due to the importance of collective action that envolves researcher and patients and the possibility of during this process of constructing hipothesis and experiencing them with the patients.The data collected are based on the dialogs between patients and therapeutist, during the development of the activities, ending with the patients' final comments and opinions about what they experienced. The selected comments are the ones which provided the possibility of a reflexion about the subject of the research. I tried to keep an articulation between the theoretical approach of the research and the analysed material. The essay confirms the importance of the use of music therapy technics, which have been developed at IPUB/UFRJ, concerning with psychotic patients. Body, sound and oral communications belong to the main part of the therapeutic process, helping the patient brings to his own life and environment, the experience in therapeutic settings in a balanced and healthy atmosphere.
